EDUARDO FUCK OUCH

I sympathize with Eduardo, after he suffered the horrific injury yesterday which stopped the game for 10 mins.

The commentators said they couldn’t show the replays because it was too graphic. And rightly so. OUCH MAN!!! NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED!!  VIDEO HERE.

NEWCASTLE 1 – 5 MAN UTD

Wayne Rooney’s my man of the match again, with 2 goals and an assist. His second’s a definite contender for goal of the season.

Soul Music

I stumbled onto some videos of the prodigious Korean kid Sungha Jung. His technique is immaculate and his ability to articulate expressively on his instrument of choice is something that is difficult to find nowadays even in many of the talented adult musicians. This is why I hate child prodigies.

Eggsicting!

Scrambled eggs I cooked some time ago, I really like how it turned out – perfect bright yellow and just the right consistency.

While in Kuching I watched a ridiculous amount of the awesome Gordon Ramsay (Kitchen Nightmares, Hell’s Kitchen, The F-Word, etc.), thanks to the amazing Asian Food Channel. As any Michelin Star-rated chef would tell you, eggs, it seems, are the simplest of ingredients yet are the hardest to cook. Below is a video on how to attempt the perfect scrambled eggs.

OWNAGE

MAN UTD 4 – 0 ARSENAL

Flawless, superb, immaculate, perfect, sublime, and ruthless destruction of Arsenal by the world’s greatest football team.

Nani is my new favourite player.
