More food?

Ang moh breakfast staple Bacon and Eggs. No it’s not fucking over cooked farrah it’s bloody perfect.

I went to IKEA the other day and had their delicious poached salmon and broccoli. Wanted to try something similar. I don’t know how to make that sauce so I cheated by using some instant spaghetti sauce. Milk, flour and mozzarella.

Tonkatsu, but using mince pork instead of the usual fresh choice cuts. Coated with egg white and panko (Jap bread crumbs). First time deep frying, I screwed up and the first one was totally chao dar -.-” I don’t know how much oil I’m supposed to use; I poured out almost half the bottle. And am I supposed to keep the oil to reuse or something?? Seems damn wasteful if I need to finish a bottle of oil every time I deep fry. Someone help.

This is my default seasoning when I’m lazy. Premade chopped garlic. Premade curry powder mixture. Premade ground herbs and spices. Really, who has the time to do all these nowadays.
aft frying, if the oil still looks new and evthing u are supposed to keep it in a closed jar to use again the next time. well,at least i think so. in any case, google is ur best fren. :.)
